Tickets & timed entry

Tickets to Aurora Lightshow are sold per car for a specific date and start window. Please arrive within your window so we can keep entry smooth for everyone.

Weather

The show runs in most weather. If we must close a night for safety, your ticket is valid for any other open night this season.

Changes & refunds

Tickets are date-flexible within the Winter Season season. To move your date, contact us before your visit. All sales are otherwise final.

Conduct

For everyone's safety, please follow staff directions and posted speed and route guidance. We may refuse entry for unsafe behavior.
